Ban Reason: Handcuffed a guy refusing to rp
Time of Occurrence: 8/3/17
Relevant Evidence:Tried to roleplay as a police officer asked a guy to move his plants and rather then try to talk and roleplay he pulls a gun out of his ass, which is another problem considering people go rambo on cadets without fear but thats for another post. ( also considering this was on server 2 with 20 people not a big shocker.) at this point burnt out that as a cadet people made no attempts to rp a conversation just handcuff em and try to actually talk within 30 seconds demoted and banned, no sit no warning nothing If anything I would like Chosen Demon to face punishment abuse of power and failure to moderate.

Additional members involved/witnessing: None server 20 with 20 players.

Side note the connection reason for ban just says appeal on the forums, Im just happy I connected today and remembered the dumb thing.

I did not ban this guy. I just reapplied the ban when the database got messed up yesterday.
I think this ban was from @Larry Gibbons

Chosen my apologies didnt know who started the ban train, regardless whoever instated it without a sitting or warning i would like action taken on them for failing to properly moderate a situation that could have been easily resolved. I've never been kicked or warned of a major rulebreaking that is why I want punishment on the moderator I dont know if he was friends with the person who was fail rping or was the fail rper regardless it appeared to me like a power trip being he was unwilling to have a talk.

I usually never go on server 2, and even when I do, I have never given a permanent ban on that server. So this was not me.

Sorry I cant help yeah with who banned me, no admin talked to me it was just sudden demote then ban after the shenanigan.

Yup although it was just server 2 initially oddly enough was able to connect to server 1 last night this morning i wasnt able to connect to either or due to ban, Just curious if it happened to be overwritten in that odd timeframe.
