I was arrested for Fleeing and Evading, Reckless Driving, and evading from a traffic stop, 2 of those charges aren't fair (since i wasn't fleeing from police or in a traffic stop at anytime, he also drove past me twice when i was parked) without ever being encountered beforehand, he said he was chasing me with lights and sirens on which is wrong since he never was, as seen in the video.

Felony fleeing from what? Your lights or sirens were never on and I had no indication you were pulling me over.

My involvement is that I took the sit, the stories collided at the time so I asked for video evidence. The reporting player said he'll provide video evidence in a player report on the forums.

Report denied. You broke the traffic laws which resulted in a officer attempting to catch up to you. You literally see him turn around and go after you. The warrant is valid as you fled.
