You being falsely ticketed does not change the fact that he was breaking FearRP, if you feel like the $55 ticket was false, please make a report against me, I will gladly respond to it.
He was not code red. Shooting the tire of a vehicle is allowed when stopping it failed. After he rammed me aswell as tried to get you inside of the car, I did code red him and shoot his car.

Afterwards, he still broke fearrp and was stalling.

And that is a correct reason. He was never arrested. He was detained during the background check and after that was done, he received his ticket.
