I was farming behind Richard 3 while chilling I heard doors open. I run down stairs and see guys with guns out so I start shooting killing all of them. I killed like 5 to 6 guys with a desert eagle then I quickly hopped in my truck to get out of my house after awhile I left the game because I had something to do. When I came back i'm banned for combat logging. I don't know how long I was away from the situation but I was long gone so i'm confused why I got banned.

I do not believe the story given to me as this goes against what logs told me, alongside stories given. You had disconnected mid combat, in fact the same second you were being shot at you disconnected from the server, which is why you got punished for combat logging. You were also flagged for RDM, as you had killed a player with 0 initiation and made no attempt to RP with this player or even hold them up before killing them, as they were not raiding/not a threat/and they never shot you.

You left mid-combat though. You were in the middle of being shot at, and were logged as disconnecting, meaning you clicked the button in the menu and didn't time out or anything. The guy in particular who reported you for RDM was knocking on your door asking if everything was okay, and you shot him from behind. I didn't see any signs of raiding at the time when this individual ran up, but I saw no reason for the individual who reported you being killed, alongside why you disconnected mid-combat.

Not sure there then, as I had checked logs and saw you being damaged and at the same exact second you disconnected. Hopefully you understand why I have a hard time understanding/believing and why I also issued this punishment.

I understand what your saying but I have no clue on who even reported me. Everyone in the house I killed there was no one in there when I left.

Two individuals reported you, which gave me red flags. One who claimed they were RDMed, and then another claiming combat-log. My main focus was the combat-log as I had full evidence of this in logs and it was evident.

For the sake of this appeal, I will be denying this due to evidence of combat-logging. If you need to get off, it's understandable, but make sure to inform staff first so it doesn't look intentional to us, as it looked very evident. I hope you understand why I came to this decision.
