Ban Reason: Lying To An Admin, Combat Depositing
Unban Reason: I cooperated all through the sit even giving back the weapon that i deposited. I forgot that i deposited the weapon so he counted it as lying. He said second offence but the first offence was a complication that i cant even explain it happened with me depositing in a bank raid that i dident know was going on so it was a combat deposit for this reason i got warned and since he saw that he banned me for second offence. I think 3 days is alitle much and i would appreciate to make it a warn or lower the time because i play this server alot and i do not mean to cause no harm. I even went and bought premium i enjoy this server so much

By the way i do understand what i did and why i was banned. I do not belive that this ban was injustice i deserve to be banned for what i did. I just belive 3 days is a little much especialy when i gave the weapon back without any complication just putting that out their.

I wasnt here for this situation however a few hours before this i gave you a verbal for combat depositing and warning points for rdm and lying, this is most likely what his judgement was based off of.

So you had deposited the weapon while the police were actively chasing you, when i checked your notes i saw that within 24 hours you were warned about combat depositing. When i asked you if you deposited anything you said that you had only taken out Medkit's from the premium locker and did nothing other than that at the premium locker.

The sit was taken at most 10 minutes after you deposited the items, I highly doubt that you would have forgotten about both the M1911 & SCAR-H being deposited but remembered that you had taken out the 7 Large Medkit's. I based my decision not only on the fact that you "Did not remember" about the weapons being deposited but the fact that you had a prior within 24 hours and that you remembered the exact amount of Medkit's and therefor i came to the conclusion that you were trying to lie to me so you would not have been punished as hard. Lying in a admin sit is never acceptable and is not punished lightly.
