What happened: A security cadet tased me and cuffed me for 5 mins straight while there was a fugitive and i had a gun so i continued after i convinced him that he can't tase a guy who has a weapon and is shooting at you then i run into an officer that i previously killed so that i can rob the bank, i shoot him i die. i lose my stuff

What do you need refunded: 1 Makarov, 1 Kevlar and helmet, and 2 pistol ammo loaded in, 493 of medical bills. and last thing a gun license.
