Pricing something like this is very difficult due to the variations of candycorn prices on the public market. Maybe in the beginning week of SpookFest it would have been worth $1,500,000 when people were selling candycorn between $1,000-$1,500 each. But, in the waning days of SpookFest they were widely available (because of the events) and going for $500-$750 each.

Because of this, I would value it somewhere between $750,000 and $1,125,000. You could argue rarity but not many people are eager to have low-resolution steak clipart floating above their head.

I'd argue to say it's worth at least 1.5 mil, and if it isn't now it will be later. The candy corn prices fluctuated due to availability, and now there's 0 availability/utility for them. So all items purchased from candy corn that are exclusive should (in theory) retain AT LEAST the max candy corn value of their purchase or more. The supply is the only thing in limit, sure for now demand may not be as high but the event just ended, wait until we get more returning players or new players that missed their chance. They're much more likely to be interested, if you need an example from history just look at the golden top hat. The only difference is if there's a chance of it appearing in a future spookfest, at which point the "prime time" to sell it is probably around August when people aren't thinking about how close Halloween is and it's been given time to age like a fine wine lol.
