I'm reporting him because I did not receive my items back after being banned for an issue where he, without warning, banned me for an hour for "meta-gaming" when I mistakenly asked a question in OOC chat rather than IC. I had around 30k in total of items placed between my friend and I to open a store when it occurred. I asked to be unbanned and as my Steam ID was incorrect, he stated he was unable to unban me. We immediately responded with the correct Steam ID without any reply, even after the ban's timer ran down. When we accessed the server, we submitted another report on the issue to see if we would be comped for the lost items, and were answered with "any items lost during a ban are on you", which is pretty safe to say quite utter crap considering the ban was without question, less than ten seconds following me accidentally typing in OOC which gave me no time at all to correct it considering the OOC timer.

This issue is entirely unfair and I'm pretty annoyed that we lost so much money in item's worth to an unquestioned ban. I'd like for this to be corrected if possible.

That one is my bad. My attention is split between forums, discord, and the ever increasing amount of in game reports. Please do understand that. You did not follow the correct format in the original post by not including your steam ID, therefor you did not get unbanned immediately.

I'm more concerned in regards to the items considering the time it took to acquire them or make the money to purchase them. Is there any way at all that a comp could be done or is this in no way possible at this time?

Tell you what. I think the ban was valid, but probably a bit unnecessary. I will hop back in game and refund you what you lost during that time, as the ban was enough punishment. I will lock the thread until community management reviews it.
