What happened: I just came home for a lunch break and I felt like hoping on for a bit and make some money or play as cop, then I decided to play cop where I couldn't select Police Sergeant. I didn't think of much of it and put my items in the bank, came back and noticed it still didn't until I selected cadet and saw I was apparently not high enough level... I called a staff member and he told me to just post a refund thread about it.
How much do you need refunded: I don't recall my level at which I was at, but if it's counted by the skills you have, then it was around level 33 if you count them all up
