Date and time of loss: 10:50 - 11:05 (2017-10-28)
What happened: I went to the bank to withdraw $15,000 to purchase the LSD MiniFridge, so I pull out the 15,000 and im carrying it on me until I go to the NPC behind the Car dealer. I realize that im not a high enough level to do LSD so I begin to Run back to the back and put my money away. Once my money got put back into the back a couple minutes go by and I lose the 15k i put in there.

How much do you need refunded: 15k

1) Server today (after situation) has crashed already twice.

After reviewing the logs, I can see what happened quite clearly. Your evidence was not sufficient to receive a refund, but paired with what I see here it should be okay. In the future, please record your sessions as it is much better proof of loss.
