Request Reason: a disgusting remark , Stalking , Sexual harassment. I was talking with my friends with (Mike Nickelson , Makonnen Lidel). And suddenly this guy (My Bloodline Ended In a Cumcock) approached to me and said something really disgusting thing to me that I've sin jerking off on tissue and killed millions lives of sperms and he even said something nasty to my friend like, "Your mom has been sold as a prostitute so you could get this game" So we called the police and moved to a different spot. But This guy is following us continuously and harassing us. We called police multiple times. But according to this police Captain, "This is the public area he has every right to be here". So I called a staff on duty and I told him everything. It was this close to help me but he got message receiving from Senior Staffs telling him to stop. Because "My Bloodline Ended In a Cumcock" got the same org with other staffs and admins. So the staff told me to report it on this forum. So here I am.

This report is pathetic and filled with lies and proof of him and the other guy malding and breaking rp 100 times over. this report really angers me cause it was legit them breaking rule after rule. two things ill admit to, i said a joking sexual comment once and said something about a players mother after they said something about mine. if he can throw insults around he should be able to take them too.

Ok first off I'm gonna start by saying I'm the Ass. Chief in this situation. Now I'm going to explain my side of the story.

As I was arriving to the scene one of my officers was cuffing the person in the white hoodie (the one they called 911 on). I quickly tell him to uncuff him then do it myself. I tell him to come to the other side of park so he can explain to me his side of the story. Not even 10 seconds into him telling me his side of the story the people that called 911 on him for harassment start following us while I'm trying to get the both sides of the situation. Credence Universe (white hoodie guy) told me that they were standing in the middle of the park having a conversation which he then gave his point of view on whatever they were speaking about. After I told him to come talk with me on the sidewalk I told him I wasn't going to be arresting him but he had to stay away from the 911 callers so they can just talk to each other without feeling harassed. After Credence Universe went and sat down at park the man in the pumpkin hat that's friends with tony (the guy making the report) was constantly breaking character and threatening to report me on the forums if I didn't arrest Credence. I told him (the people reporting) that I made my decision and if they don't like it they could just carry on and report me like they brought up about 8 times. The 3 people reporting decided to keep sitting there and start going back and forth with Credence Universe. I told them that they cant kick him out of park but they could just simply walk away since there were 2 police officers there making sure Credence wasn't doing anything. Their response to me telling them to walk away instead of provoking him to keep saying stuff back was "Leave the park officer" "The 911 call was concluded so I want you to leave park". If you watch the first video where the situation began, you can see that Tony and his friends didn't like his POV on what they brought up so they started calling Credence Universe a queer and just started bashing him. That's pretty much all these 2 videos showed. Also at the end of the second video you can hear one of the guys saying I don't like him or something around those words claiming that's why i didn't arrest credence. I've never met that guy in my life and don't even remember him if I did. All of the names brought up in this report don't ring a single bell other than Credence Universe. However, you can see in this player report one of Tony's friends breaking character multiple times and even Tony himself, claiming that if I don't arrest credence he'll be posting these videos on the forums. That's the situation explained and the videos here can back up every one of my statements. There was no stalking, OR sexual harassment going on here by Credence Universe but instead it was a situation of people trying to bash Credence for his take on a subject and his bad jokes.

I can agree he was out of line coming into the conversation by saying something really slanderous and rude, and the reason I came at him the way I did was because we were having a peaceful conversation about our views in life and he says something completely disrespectful and disgusting towards our views and just completely ruins the conversation, and I wasn't there about him harassing you and talking about your mother but it's just going overboard you should have just left when you ruined the tempo.

With all due respect, you shouldn't be playing video games or even be able to talk to people online if you cant handle different views about something you believe. Instead of simply walking away from the situation or ignoring him you start calling him a queer and your friends break character multiple times. You guys had about 5 different opportunities to walk away from him but instead you just decided to come closer to him and you just kept instigating arguments between you guys. This report and these videos can back up EVERYTHING I'm claiming here.

You broke rp a lot, I have my side of the video. Credence was just sitting at park and if you felt like he was harassing in any way you could have easily just walked away, this report makes little to no sense considering you broke character so many times. Credence can be an asshole sometimes yes, but that is an rp thing and you have the choice to walk away and not listen to him, saying he’s stalking you is false because he was chilling at park talking to me, he just overheard your out of character conversation and was interested so he came over.

No I am capable of handling that, but when you're just going to spew slander and take it as a troll then I will too, and I've walked away that's why you didn't see me in the other clip and why should they walk away? We were there first standing and talking having a good conversation and he says something rude to try and have a meaningless debate as he is trolling?? Dude you're saying "I can sit here and claim to be offended and harassed" because I said some shit back to him are you serious? Sock provoked the situation from start, and Tony and Mike to the end just to become something just dumb overall. Now all I'm saying is he said rude things, and I said rude things back and I left. If he was really harassing them then they should have walked off, but instead they were handling it poorly by going out of character a lot and then calling the police to bring it back into character and then breaking character again. All I'm saying is that I think it was stupid on both parties and should handle it been in the future, but sock just took it too far. There is clearly history with these guys, because Tony is really quick to make a report about this which should probably be reviewed but me personally I really don't know them.

How about we follow the golden rule next time? Treat others as you would want to be treated.

First of all, there were no social rules that were followed. You want to get to know a few people and the first thing you do is make fun of what they are talking about? That does not make sense. Insults were thrown around from both sides so I am not going to punish for OOC insults. Also, breaking character does not make your side of the story correct. There is no reason for you to break character unless you are in a sit. Learn to handle the situation more maturely next time. This could have been very easily avoided but instead both parties decided to exacerbate the problem. I don't see any real rulebreak here except for breaking character. The insults could have stayed IC but because people broke character the insults became OOC.

This situation seems kind of messy and I don't see a reason to punish anybody except the people dropping slurs in VoIP.

@Makonnen STEAM_0:0:549965907 this is your second offense for player/staff disrespect and for that you will receive a 3 day voice blacklist.


Next time you guys butt heads like this, it will not go unpunished. Do not break character, and if somebody tells you OOC to stop insulting them then stop insulting them. End of discussion.
