Request reason: went into city hall said i had a bazooka that was 6 inches and grew when i saw women and said it was my penis and i was handcuffed brought into pd and once we there he wouldnt say once why i was being arrest and then after awhile he kept asking for my gun and i wouldnt drop it so he took me in his car and drove me around and then i was handcufed getting out of the car a t the pd again and try running with handcuffs then he tazed and killed me
