Lets begging from the time i joined the server (it was literally 5 or 7 min before i got banned) I joined the server to make some money with my newly found friend. I asked him what do we want to do and we both agreed to make weed. I told my friend to meet me infront of the bank where i got some money and deployed my car. My friend found me and we were waiting until my car appears in the sky. When it got spawned we waited approximately 1 min until the car to drop down because it got bugged where it stayed in the sky for a while. When the parachute disappeared the car spazzed out and unfortunately killed my friend and almost killing me too. After that i tried to join the discord and wanted to discuss what just happened. I hear put ur hands up, im going back to gmod then i hear put ur hands up again, i ask why, the police tells me to put my hands up and tazes me. Police takes me to the bank, handcuffs me, i said he will regret handcuffing me for no reason (just realised that he was an admin so that was kinda rip already) he takes me to a pd and asks him why he arrests me and he tells me that i threatened him.. So he tased me and then handcuffed me because he knew i will threaten him, ok some psychic power i guess. I report it to the mods, they ask me if have any video evidence, i answer unfortunately no because i just joined the server and couldn't set everything on. Then i told them if i get arrested i will leave the server because its just "Retarded" to get arrested for not doing anything. The police didnt even ask me to explain what happened he just told me to put my hands up and then tased me. I didnt have any intentions in comming back right after i got arrested because i knew i would get consequences. after like 20 min i asked my friend if i got banned, he told me yes and went on to check. And there i see that i got banned and will be unbanned in 1day, 17 hours, 24 min.

EDIT: I also tried to call 911 many times but failed cause i dont remember the command to do so.

I first heard someone being injured and decided to find out where I was. I arrived on scene at the bank and you were standing over the body so as I don't know what happened (You could have been armed) I detained you for my safety during the investigation. If someone is on a crime scene I have the right to detain them during the active investigation. After I slapped those cuffs on I took you inside the bank to ask you what happened. Instead of explaining your car fell on him you decided to start threatening me. So I arrested you for the threats (You were not charged for the car falling on him). You then proceeded to leave the server.

So u heard a person die but didnt hear the car falling down? And if u think i was armed how did i kill him without any gunshot sounds? Werent u also standing atleast 2 meters away from us ?? I still think it was a shit excuse of arresting me.. u just didnt have to do anything didnt u? Thats why u detained me..

I was stood at my checkpoint which is the road leading into the tunnel. For all I know you could have a knife (Gunshots aren't always the option) I was manning my checkpoint so I had a lot to do thanks. At the end of the day if you had explained what had happened to the guy instead of threatening me you wouldn't have gone to jail. Was you own fault you left as well.

Didnt i tell u after the "You will regret arresting me" that the deploying car fell on my friend and killed him but u ignored that? and dont lie that u were infront of the tunnel when ur checkpoint was literally infront of the bank

Yes there are knives on the server. The threat had already been made before you had told me. I never said it was in front of the tunnel. I said it was on the road which leads to the tunnel please read my message properly before making any sort of accusation against me.

If he had a knife it would've been even easier for you to hear the car falling down and making a crashing sound... The gunshots might've drowned out the crashing sound if it was maybe a Desert Eagle, but it wasn't you searched him and you didn't find any weapon did you? Therefore the car was on my body and the car had to of killed me if not the car, someone else would've killed me. If you look in the video you will notice that the PARACHUTE of the CAR was stuck in the skybox of the server due to the fact of a low airspace above the bank. I understand those threats given to you were more of "frustration threats" because it would make sense if you KNOW you didn't kill him intentionally and that you KNOW that it was mainly the maps fault.

It would make sense, right? Even if the car killed me, it would've been my fault because there is a sign and a notification on the screen that a car is falling down, right?

What do you mean when you heard someone die, If you hear someone die it is at the exact point they are made unconscious right? Therefore you couldn't have heard me die you would've heard the car crash. Therefore you didnt have any right to detain him because it would've been my fault completely beacuse there is a sign that says to stay away.

You can hear the car hitting the ground then your character screaming a few times then that moan at the end. It is pretty clear someone had died, at that point in time I wasn't sure what had killed you as I hadn't seen the car falling on you.

Your ban was because of leaving the server while you are being jailed. I did warned you that if you leave the server while being jailed , you want get punished for it. Yet you left the server straight after getting jailed by Josh
