You can jump onto the roof from the boulders at the back right side of the patio buddy boy, not prop climbing.

I tried to place a couch on the roof prior to you guys arriving but then I realized it was impossible to position it as cover while obeying the laws of physics so I just let it slide off.

Alright, the two relevant rules here are below.

You may not boost into an area that would not be accessible by any other means than boosting.
This rule has not been broken since no boosting was involved, by props, vehicle or players.

You may not use props to get from your property to another property/otherwise unreachable area.
This rule has not been broken since no props were used to get to the roof.

As show in the video Shiblamo uploaded, it is possible to get to the roof in question without the use of boosting or props, thus no rules have been broken. As Shiblamo claims that the prop was placed down PRIOR to the raid starting and no evidence provided shows otherwise, no rule was broken there either.

In conclusion, no rules were broken in any of the evidence posted above so this report is denied.
