Dear @YoungHablo,

Following the provided statements and evidence, a conclusion has been made. In short, please see my comments below per evidence.

Video One:

• No Rule Violations Deemed.
• You and two other players are in a Gang Zone in offensive positions and therefore the only way to dispute the territory would be lethal action, not in violation of 2.2.4 (Sensible Killing). 2.2.3 (Vehicle Deathmatch) could be considered but they have entered into a situation where the driver's life is now at risk.

Video Two:

• No Rule Violations Deemed.
• Consider my first part of the comment for Video One. I will note, that they have opened fire from a distance but this is not to a point in which you cannot see them and therefore still fair.

Video Three:

• No Rule Violations Deemed.
• You can be considered an active threat as you have equipped and safetied your weapon.

In conclusion, I do not see any sufficient evidence provided nor any rule violations broken.
