A description of your technical issue: When I try to siphon in the powerplant I spam e on all sides and I can get it even with a pump and a gas mask it just doesn't work, than @holyhandgrenade tried it and it also didn't work.
Has it happened before?: no

Works fine just make sure it pops up a e message for you

^ it works fine you have to tap e on certain spots on the machine, Rick taught me how to do it.
