Notes: Lets not forget to mention my initial report wasn't answered for 20 minutes while a Moderator was marked as "Staff on Duty", yet failed to atleast mention something in the ticket saying they were busy or something along those lines. If you are staff on duty the least you could do is send a quick message saying you are busy, but no I guess 9 people on the server is too much to handle.
