Details: When I was called to the site I was immediately gagged and when I started explaining my side of the story I was threatened to be muted. He then unmuted me for 15 seconds and re-gagged me again. He then lies and says I said I called him autistic and in the report he says that I lied when I did not lie in the sit. I couldn't even had been able to lie because of being gagged and threatened to be muted so where he gets that from I have no idea. If you can check the text logs of wednesday you can see that I did not lie once nor did I ever claim I didn't break fear rp. He then proceeds to extend my ban after I have served two days prior meaning I basically got banned for 9 days instead of a week and I do believe that is intentional. I then made a ban appeal but when Skye responded he made it sound like I was just screaming during the whole sit and being disrespectful and while yes I was a little disrespectful to the player who made the report I never was disrespectful to Skye for bringing me to the sit until I seen him lie in my ban appeal response. When I seen him lie I knew there was no way I was gonna get a appeal so I gave him my honest opinion of the whole matter. The cop who called me for failrp was the same person who failrped to begin with and the person who had "video" evidence was brought to the sit but my witness request was completely ignored and the passenger who was in my car was not brought to the sit. To say I was being disrespectful during the sit is incomprehensible because I was gagged for 90% of the sit I was there for. When the person who had "video evidence" was brought before I was hastily banned from the server (yes banned before the sit was finished) I had heard the person claim that he was gonna just play the audio from the recording so the admin also took audio and had no video evidence of the situation which is not how a sit should be handled. The person who had "video" proof of the situation was also the first person who ran away from the cop who had a gun pointed at him and I had kicked him out of my car so the cop could arrest him. I was on a hill so my car rolled backward and I had barely bumped into the officer who made the sit to which he then got serious for whatever reason and told me to get out of the car.(Which I did mind you) and asked me to put up my hands which I forgotten how because I went on a hiatus from the server because I recently broke my right hand.(I have proof of this if necessary)so I was simply dodging the officers gun so he wouldn't shoot me by strafing left and right. The passenger of my car who I thought had already left then hopped out of the car and shot the officer in the back.(We had licenses for our firearms as well)to which the cop then turned around and shot at my car and when it blew up it flipped up in the air and landed on the cop which killed him so the cop basically killed himself and I get banned for it. Many admins have had a sit with me and they know how I act if they would see what had happened I feel as though I wouldn't be the only disgusted by this admins actions.
