Evidence to support your claim: Additional members involved/witnessing: No Video But Basicly There was a person shooting at r10 from r3 and then my base was starting to shoot back and @Valentino Meid said you can go in with the intend to kill if someone in the base shoots at you but if a person is hiding somewhere with his hands up or something you shouldn't kill him. the man i killed was not haveing his hands up just kept peeking us as he was being shot at

You didnt go in to raid them, you guys stood on R10 and let it rain bullets on R3 because 1 guy shot a gun. It's still a Roleplay server, Killing should always be carried out sensibly. Spraying all the farmers because 1 guy shot at you is just you guys trying to justify your killing and has nothing to do with roleplay or protecting yourself. You are just trigger happy.

its not giving a reason for the kill they started shooting so we fired back not our fault they decidied to shoot us

You just got unlucky that you killed the guy and not one of your friends.
