What happened: Yesterday I gained as much xp to become a paramedic and I got up to level 16 before I went bed. Now when I woke up I found out that I am back to level 1 and I have to start the whole thing over again

What do you need refunded: Level 15 for Health professional
Evidence: Unfortunately I wasn't expecting this to happen so I have none
