This has happen to me twice i called mod and said nothing can be done hope you have better luck

On the server the only thing you get a refund on is the engine upgrade for cars as it can ruin the car and waste lots of money. whereas an underglow is only a colour and doesnt affect the performance of the car and doenst cost too much.
