What Happened - Okay so I seen the guys post in /ad that they would be opening a gun store soon. So right then I opened a ticket asking if I was to rob a gun store, i take 3 guns or items displayed in the shop. Rule Robbing [4.1.3]. I was confirmed from @Realz in my ticket that yes I was allowed to take 3 items of my choice. So we went to raid the gun store and as soon as we pulled up they shut the doors and locked em, still standing at the door. We jump out, all 4 of us pull a weapon and before we even speak one either alexia or victor sokolov said we werent allowed to rob gun stores. All of us are standing on the opposite side of a glass door with guns aimed at him and we tell him that we are allowed. He just backs away from the doors goes into the back of the store with his buddy and they both pull guns, failing to continue our rp. I attempted to lock pick the door and recieved fire from them. We had no choice but to defend ourselves from them and since we had to kill them we werent able to force them to pick the marketed guns up and give them to us. After killing them I made a report, which @Broheim opened, and I wanted them to be returned to the gun store and forced to give us 3 weapons of choice. I never left the gun store and they two return to their store and tell me I am breaking NLR. I told them i wasnt leaving until my ticket was attended. We all sat through that sit and argued and Broheim basically denied me my 3 guns of choice. I asked did that count as my raid timer and Broheim said yes but I could still mug. I said right infront of everybody that I was robbing them as soon as they leave the gun store. They picked all the guns up and logged. Broheim had a further investagation on my ticket and confirmed that they were required to gives us the 3 weapons of our choice. And that I was to make a refund request for my 3 guns.

Quick note... No one was able to come forth with evidence that could suggest if we denied access to you guys to come in while gun point, that is what you guys claim but cannot provide as discussed in the sit... reguardless it ended up turning into a gun fight where all the occupents of the property had died, we came back 10 mins after situation (obeying NLR) assuming it would be cleared up by then, to then where you guys attempted again to rob the guns off us again while in store... after the sit was concluded me and Alexei had decided that we were not enjoying the RP we were getting at that the time, we then decide since the situation is over we would pack up and leave to play another game, we have not returned since... You and your "gang" have failed to provide evidence showing if the rule was broken, no sit should occur afterwards as it was already delt with and no rules had been broken

I'm a bit confused by this. So you intended to raid their gunstore to mug them for guns, you died, and you want to choose guns they had that you could have had, to be refunded for?

That's not how refunds work. You don't get refunded for things you could have had, such as weapons in a mugging or raid.

We didnt die, they died. But they prevented us from being able to mug them of the guns by backing away from the door and locking it then shooting at me as i attempted to lock pick the door

We had to use lethal force at that point because they didnt want to rp and LTARP after they picked the guns up in the store

As we said before the sit was all "He said, she said" no evidence... I strongly believe that no rules were broken, even between both parties.

you left before the sit was closed.. what do you know. you agreed to everything until i proved you wrong and then demanded evidence. you admitted to everything to @Broheim, then demanded evidence
