In the first clip provided, @Ingolf's mayor raiting was well within in the limit. The mayor also showed no signs of being corrupt at the time. Additionally, while the 2nd clip does not provide enough context to know for a fact that it was RDM, it does seem very probable.


As a result of their actions, @Solarized has received 2 warning points for RDM.

Furthermore, the situation will be voided. You are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here.
