Some food and handheld radio is a error for me in my inventory

So I have counter strike source installed kept uninstalling it and reinstalling also kept installing the addons and uninstalling them when I open the inventory these items are a error but when I drop them its not a error anyone know how to fix?

there is a solution in this thread, just delete your whole data folder from

D:\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\nsicon\monolithrp

then rejoin the server. the server will automatically download it for you. if it doesn't work try to "allow custom files from server" from multiplayer options. i hope this helps https://monolithservers.com/forums/threads/missing-icons-very-annoying.22282/
