Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund for the current difference in value at this time. The market prices for vehicles can change, and though you initially purchased the car for a higher amount, economic conditions are subject to change. The transaction amount for the sale of the vehicle was explicitly shown in your video when you accepted the sale.

It's not feasible for us to issue refunds based on market changes, as if we did it for one person, we would have to do it for all.
