Date and time of loss (specify the time zone): around 5 Pm CDT 8/31/2024, also 8/14 at 9:44 PM for Lambo

What happened: the wheel doesn't give me my award every time. 8/14 I won a Lambo on the free spin and didn't get it, but I couldn't get a video of it. today it wouldn't give me 5k, kevlar, and silverballer.

The screenshots I took show that the console never gave me anything but the wheel landed on Lambo. I messaged DK for help but he stopped responding.

What do you need refunded? 5k, silverballer, kev+helmet, lambo

From what I’m seeing here I can only see a screenshot of the wheel do you have a video of you actually landing on the spot for the lambo? If not I cannot guarantee the acceptance of the this request

I didn't have geforce working at the time, so I don't have any video of it. I messaged DK on discord when it happened though. The screenshots show in the chat that I spun it but there was no reward given, yet it landed on lambo.
