i can understand the confusion with this scenario, to clear up this issue that has happened. previous to this traffic stop i was code red by the cops for escaping from them, in a similar way to how this went out but i was in cuffs instead and have been in an active pursuit with them for nearly that whole hour, the person who ran you over were helping me escape as we were all in the same radio frequency at the time, with you pulling me over i couldn't communicate on the radio without giving it away but my friends around me called it in, saying i was going to be taken by the police so they sprang to action, running you over and as i thought you were pulling me over because you knew i was already in an active situation with the police and so i shot you while you were down so that i could get rid of the witness of the situation and escape the police (again)

@Credence , @pea @Doug @misterlol29 can confirm that i was being hunted down by the police for my crimes committed

You were driving a different vehicle at the time, when i was ran over your life was not in any sort of danger neither the driver person that ran me over (supposedly credence). Anyway, you could of just driven off since i was on the ground thenl. Issue for me is being ran over to get you to escape but then you dont drive away when im downed/dead?
All i knew in the situation was that the R/O of the vehicle was wanted btw.

Referring to these rules as well:

Rule 2.2 3. Vehicle Deathmatch is not allowed without a proper reason. You may use your vehicle as a weapon if you or a befriended life is in immediate danger.

Rule [2.2] 12. Law Enforcement may only be harmed if they are a direct threat to you. Passing by officers and deputies, such as those obeying NLR, may not be harmed unless they initiate on you.

The vehicle that i am driving in your video was compromised by the police when they later found me at gas station roughly 10 mins before our situation happened which then led the officers at gas station to again open fire on me since they knew who i was. when you proceeded to pull me over another 2 police vehicles followed to pin me in. at this point i proceeded to take the situation as a threat since it didn't look like a regular traffic stop anymore, leading to me thinking that i had been found by the police again. The multiple officers that had proceeded to pin me in made me think a call was put on radio saying that "this person is wanted for fleeing & Eluding and murder of multiple LEOs (baring in mind i do have the mac-11 equipped on my back during this traffic stop)

Referring to the rule: [2.2] You may not kill a Law Enforcement Officer unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. These could include, but is not limited to, visibly carrying illegal weapons

i am aware that in your video you are in 3rd person however, if you were in 1st person the weapon i was carrying was very visible on my back at this time. This weapon was equipped due to the previous encounters i had with the police minutes before i was pulled over by you.

i then killed you before i escaped due to me believing that you knew the situation that i was in (i was warranted at the time to, and you can see the reason why) i assume your ANPR picked up my License plate showing my warrant and the reason being why. so at this time i felt threatened and i didn't want you to report back on radio as to what happened.

This situation was taken as quite a big threat due to the amount of officers that responded to the traffic stop, if it were just you it would've went a different way, since i was being hunted by the police constantly for a long time, being found every 5-10 mins, i had to take action upon it to eliminate the threat so no cops would know of the situation that occurred and who i was.

The situation that occurred may have stirred some confusion on your part, however, this kill was valid. As a criminal to escape illegal activity you can cops who are witnessing this illegal activity go down which is stated similarly in this rule:

[2.2] You may not kill a Law Enforcement Officer unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. These could include, but is not limited to, visibly carrying illegal weapons

Since @Spartandan3k found himself in a situation with the police that he was going to be arrested for it was clear that what he did/was doing was illegal, therefore he can kill all cops that could have witnessed it in the close vicinity he was in.
