Was pretty much forced to LTAP because of Lt. Sokolov's and Cpt. Borowski's persistant attempts to enforce server rules for something I had already been punished for by @Trooper C. Winters and talked to by @MR.NEX235. I told @MR.NEX235 that I was leaving to avoid them putting me in jail for breaking a server rule and told him that I had already been punished and that they continued to RDM/Taze/Handcuff me. I was told to upload my footage to the forums and Sokolov and Borowski were told to stop but that was about all that happened, come to find I have been banned for LTAP and LTARP today. I never really planned on making a post but idk why Im being punished for LTARP when there was never any attempt at RP to begin with between me and these players and their actions contributed to me not being able to leave spawn. I have also never left to avoid punishment from staff. If I left before the ticket is claimed that shouldn't be considered LTAP with 1hr+ wait times for sits. I was also told one of these players might have been former staff but besides that both players are premium users who play often so they most likley have a pretty good concept of the rules and it isn't fun when players teamup like this on a new player to enforce server rules that have already been enforced by administrators.

It would help if you could give your timezone as It appears I wasn't recording at that time or I am unable to find them due to what I imagine is different time zones especially as your date setup is different from my regions, though I've scoured my recordings and it doesn't appear I have the recording anymore or was never recording but I remember the situation.

You had been prop pushing vehicles and props outside the hospital and other areas several times and even attempted a mass shooting or mass RDM, such as why I wanted to take the weapons off you so that when you came back you would not be able to continue or be able to even attempt a mass RDM.

You had been using exploits by being able to leave the server while cuffed and dead which I imagine could be shown in logs that you were cuffed, logged off, and logged back in five minutes over repetitively at least 5+ times.

There was no staff on at the time so me and a couple of other officers did our best to maintain the greater RP relations of the server that were being heavily hindered by Gym King, as you would spawn at different locations and begin to prop pushing all in your sight, such as why in one of the particular clips you were immediately in the night club floor right after you had spawn as officers had informed me that you were loading into the server and a few was at the apartments while I went to the nightclub where the audio was covered by music to cover up my communications of talking about your prop pushing and RDM. You of course disconnected by using an exploit several seconds after that taze and handcuff. You would later spawn at L2 where other officers handled you up there.

The video evidence is obviously doctored to cut out actual communications and discussion of his actions of attempting to terrorize the server. There are several instances in which you were killed attempting to or actively prop pushing and is not shown as there were many more times you were tazed or shot which I hope logs can show, especially after spawning props and grabbing them with your Physics gun.

As soon as staff arrived on the server I contacted them with a report stating you were mass RDMing and prop pushing, to which staff replied it was handled and you would remain on the server and were not treated unfairly, no false demotions, no arrests, nothing of that matter once administration was there to enforce server order as well as you stopped your majorly detrimental actions. So where you state in the report that we continued after staff handled it was not true and can be easily shown by the time of my report and your server times from your video.

As for the reason for no attempt to RP was your ability to exploit and disconnect at any time you felt the RP was disadvantageous to yourself, there were many instances where I tried to RP with you and you just ended up disconnecting, one in which I literally asked quote "Why are you doing this? (prop pushing) Why don't you just go Jerk off or something and have more fun" You responded by disconnecting because you were in cuffs at the time not giving us any ability to RP and having to resort to less than RP methods to ensure RP for others or ourselves for a limited amount of time between your connections which is LTAP (Leaving to avoid Punishment) which is exactly what you did in regards to receiving punishment for vehicles and people you prop pushed and killed as well as using factory equipment of some sort and using another prop to push that into others.

Obviously, you won't but I would be interested in seeing the rest of the video evidence or seeing the video evidence already there without sound to cover up specific areas, which are interesting areas that I hope staff pays attention to as well as the ones not shown. I hope someone else is able to provide a video in substitution of myself or until I am able to accurately find this situation.

As Evilassassin pointed out, Gym King had been continuously prop pushing, he was promptly reported as to which staff failed to give a punishment due "lack of history" despite the overwhelming evidence of intentional prop pushing.

Staff left the server again and Gym King continued to prop push other vehicles until staff got online, Misterlol I believe but even he failed to see thru Gym Kings lies.


As for the evidence provided by Gym King:
It is heavily edited, fails to show context to the shootings or tazings, despite moments in his video which legitimately show him equipped with a gun.

In relation to the spawn camping that was during the unstaffed periods where gym king as can be seen in the video continuously disconnects to avoid arrest. In my 5 years on Monolith if I am actively choosing to camp a spawn point and if many others are doing it as well other than just me clearly something has gone wrong. Staff were not around to assist, had Gym King of received a physgun blacklist this video wouldn't exist.

Once staff reappears we cease trying to apprehend him, our goal of course in doing so it to prevent him from prop pushing further.
I know and understand the "Don't take the rules into your own hands" rule but please understand our desperation.


Again, this video provided by Gym King is illegitimate.

I may be able to pull more evidence against Gym King if time allows for me to look back.

This is the clip of the initial prop push report, as you can see many cops were rightfully infuriated with his continued prop pushing and resort to waiting for him to respawn, gym king is cuffed and then soon after disconnects... Notice how he does not get banned, and returns to the server later as will be seen in logs... Avoiding RP and ban evading much???

As for context you should post the footage of you guys before I proppushed when the admins got off. Plus the clip you posted Is what I was warned for, I received two warnings after the clip above from @Trooper C. Winters, but that does not excuse the fact that you continued to camp and arrest/kill me blatantly breaking the rules after I was punished by admins, This all occured for about 1 hour after Trooper left the server and didnt stop until Mr.Nex joined and talked to me and you guys.
@MR.NEX235 even confirmed that Trooper had warned me and that I had not proppushed since and that the only ones breaking the rules were you two. I was told to make a report with the clips and the evidence is there. I broke the rules once and was punished you have a compilation of rule breaking. The only reason I reconnected was because you guys were breaking the rules to harass, arrest, and kill me on spawn.
As for the editing, what else do you need to see you guys were camping spawn, tasing, cuffing and killing me. Even the one or two clips where I was armed you never saw the gun, you were never in that part of the subway when I had the gun out, and the other clip that I am armed you combat Tase me, cuff and kill me after saying "Hold on let me get his loot". So you can say whatever about the editing but most the context is in the loading screen and you guys immediatly tasing me out of hospital, casino, and apartments.

I'll take a physgun blacklist its what I asked for originally but I got two warnings, you guys (non staff) camped spawn, arrested, killed, and tased me for a broken server rule that I was already punished for and hadn't done again. If I did do it again post the clip but you only have footage of what I was warned for because I stopped after that.

As previously stated in attempts to prevent mass chaos and death you were minimized to the best of our non-staff ability, which stopped as soon as staff were on duty, and informed and never continued as you later would join the Police department for the rest of the night and were treated no differently than any other officer under my command.

You providing more of your evidence would show your character in between these situations, the actions you took to perpetuate these situations, and your constant use of exploits to avoid genuine RP or punishment.


What I find interesting is how during your entire sit with MR.NEX you try to go out of your way to continue discussing the actions of others such as myself and PD preventing your actions, but you don't do that in the staff situation with Connor Winters who I never saw on the server, but that could totally just be me but I feel like me or other PD would have seen you be teleported such as when we saw you were with MR.NEX. you even state "The only reason I reconnected was because you guys were breaking the rules to harass, arrest, and kill me on spawn." So you kept joining back in a way to bait out evidence it seems for this report and continue to lie in it as you do in your second video where you state "I only begun prop pushing to stop cops that were mass killing" which is a complete and blatant lie you made to staff in a staff sit and should show everyone your entire deceitful character in this situation.

@GymKingMillionaire I am incredibly confused with the timestamps that you have used in your report. You claim that this whole fiasco occurred on the 22nd, but yet you cite evidence with staff members telling you not to break rules on the 17th. This is a large time discrepancy. Did you make a typo in the report? Additionally, your footage is heavily edited and lacks context in lots of different places (EX: Not showing things that happened prior, cropping out timestamps in various places, etc.) In order to maximize the effectiveness of your evidence, it may be better to upload an unaltered version.

You have 24 hours to make any changes to your report that you wish.
