Spoiler Gone After Painting Car

What happened: I had just painted my car. With the new update you have to redeploy your car to see the changes. So i went to get it repaired so i can store it and redeploy it. I notice one the deploy screen the spoiler isnt there.

What do you need refunded: the 10k i spent on the spoiler.
