I understand that, not enough cops for a bank raid, must leave vault fine, but I was waiting in the lobby, and then he force a respawn on me to force a raid timer upon me, and Id like to cite both of these rules "Raid - The act of breaking into or illegally entering a property with the intent to rob, kill, or commit any kind of criminal." and "You are required to leave the area you raid after you remove, destroy, or steal anything of value. You may not stick around.", these 2 rules completely go against each other, I had yet to steal ANYTHING of value so I didn't need to leave, but then he decided to force a respawn on me instead of being professional and refused to tell me which staff told him I was on a timer.

@HockeyExpert30 and @Aspect were the only SA's on at the time so I figured you would realise it came from them. Also I was told by them you were on raid timer after explaining the situation and context. It was also them/one of them that told me to respawn you after you kept arguing.

Just because 2 sa's are on, doesn't mean I know who you are talking about..., it could always be someone who's not on, you could have simply said who it was instead of just not answering...

Firstly, I did answer you (see my previous photo).
Secondly, kinda hard to not notice the SA playermodeled as a baby on my head who was there "supervising" the situation. (Baby can be seen in your clip) all the more reason why I expected that you would notice that one of them/both of them were the ones who I was talking about.

Your photo literally just shows you saying "Sa said it"
also the sa, was Sarah who I usually just mess around with so I thought nothing of it, if they were their to "Supervise" They should have chipped in instead of a random respawn and leave...

That is the reason why I was asked (not personally but just anyone available) to take point as @Aspect wouldn't/couldn't.

Thank you for your report. After review it appears that @misterlol29 was instructed by a senior administrator who is no longer staff, so I cannot speak on his involvement in the situation.

As for the rulebreak that you were involved in: If you attempted to raid the bank, realized there were not enough cops on, thus making it a failed raid, you need to leave the bank. The rule states that you need to leave the area - it was a failed raid, so you did not steal or remove anything of value, but you did destroy any locks on doors by lockpicking. You may not stick around after this, and would be on raid timer.

Your evidence provided is short, so I'm unsure if you were told to leave before being respawned. If you were told to leave and refused, a staff member has the right to respawn you or bring you to an area so you are not breaking any rules.
