@TheLoser27 and I tried to mug you. It seems we were not in voice range as we did say hands up. If you believe this was random I can show evidence of our intention to mug.

I'll put my side in, So we did try and mug you and I started shooting because I thought you did hear us tell you to get out when you started driving off. But I guess we were out of range.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. After reviewing the footage and speaking with Hop, it seems this was an unfortunate mistake on Hop's part. In the video you can see that he does appear to be very close to you, leading him to assume he was within voice range. However, with the combination of voice range and voice delay, his mic did not relay to you.
This is something that the mugging party needs to take into account, however, as they are the one responsible for making sure they can be heard. Hop understands this and will keep it in mind for future interactions.
Hop did not have any ill intentions, and as this was a mistake he takes responsibility for, no further administrative action is required. Concluded.
