So at the end of the video you can hear swimming bird saying "I just saw my friend clap a cop with a mac-11" I proceed to make a staff report on my killer (Simon rile) and my report gets closed immediately with the only information given being "handled in RP" I then PM him how a RDM can be handled in RP and he never responded. As for the swat situation SWAT just came back from a bank raid and was demoted immediately by swimming bird without informing the chief about it nor the members of SWAT. His only reason being "we no longer have a emergency state nor a raid so we dont need swat"

For the swat incident in the rules it states, "A SWAT officer can not perform simplistic police activities like traffic stops or issuing traffic tickets, but can be called as backup if approved by the Mayor, Sheriff, Chief or Assistant Chief. They may only patrol during either emergency state or exceptionally risky conditions within the city."

2 of the 3 swat members I demoted had already been warned earlier about this rule and seemed to not care.

As for trying to help my friend, he was killing cops to free a person who was being arrested right after he killed you. The situation seemed okay from a fellow staff member who confirmed him trying to stop a friend from being arrested. If you would have provided the evidence in the report, I would have known it was blatant RDM. But the information I had gotten made it seem that it was fair game. So make a report on the forums about @Simon the Rile RDMing you and that will be dealt with.

I am a completely unbiased person, if the people I like are dumb enough to commit rule breaks I will punish them for it no problem.

The chief gave permission for SWAT to be on but not permission for them to be patrolling. The chief said that you could be on SWAT for as long as you still had you gear as long as you didn't go around in your bearcat. This also shows the fact you didnt discuss your actions with the chief before hand because if you did you would have known that.

Then why would you not take my report you could have simply asked if i had evidence to which i would have said yes. Instead your closed it right away without even asking even after i reopened it you closed it again without responding to my PMs for further info. Stating "handled in rp" is not a good reason to close the ticket immediately.

I do apologize for that it was a dumb reaction from me i just couldn't believe you demoted all of SWAT and everyone was understandably pissed off including me
