Reason for Report: metagaming, attempted rda, playertargeting. and im not sure if its allowed but he closed the report i made about himself so had to make a forum report instead
fyi, this was the first and only situation me and stewart had with eachother the whole day

not sure what "had a bolo" means and ima let higher ups decide if this was fair use of introduction info as police, since i cant remember introducing myself to u and even if, thats days ago. pretty sure both u and me have died a couple times after that happened

Lets not get dramatic, my point is using the introduced persons name for information to arrest someone such as in case so yea, i absolutely think so in some degree. And especially after going on duty as Police aswell

Edit: its just very interesting how u say u dont know who i am as u put handcuffs on me ingame, clearly there was some other suspicion for the arrest when it happened

I'm charmed by your reply edit. If we're talking about player targeting, I hardly know you and have no opinion of you, so am amazed by this arbitrary staff report - perhaps there is a grudge against me here.

I've not changed my story. "I don't know you" is a British phrase communicating a distinct lack of importance of the other party.

Warrant and bolo are the same thing lacking paperwork.

I just find this situation so compellingly unimportant - especially since you were in a staff sit so nothing happened - that I can't pay attention to the details. Again - it seems to me that you have jumped on the opportunity to make a staff report against me for a motive that I cannot understand.

To respond to your latest edit - yes, the additional reason was your clothes matched the expense and colour of your car

i was more or less forced to make a forum report about this since u decided to close the report i made about u ingame instead of discussing it as it happened.

during the time u actually tried to arrest me, the only suspicion u had was me having expensive clothes and being near a expensive car ("profiling") since u stated u did not know who i am and there was no warrant on me nor where there any other officers who knew my description/name only the car that i drove. but on OOC info u know that i own that car and made the arrest anyways. u clearly claimed u didnt know me but still mentioned here how u know who i am (introduced) and used it as a reason for the arrest

Joey closed your report and directed you to forums. Hence my PM saying read the reply. And yes, it's a joke, profiling, because it's blindingly obvious it's your car. There was a bolo for a grey Nissan skyline, you were on anpr as owning it.
What OOC information?
And the whole police force knows your car at that point due to your fail/reckless driving for the past however many minutes.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. After reviewing the evidence and responses to the situation, I don't see an instance of player targeting or usage OOC information in your arrest.

You had a callout on your grey Nissan Skyline after a crime was committed. The price of the car in relation to your clothes is an odd thing to bring up on both sides, but is ultimately irrelevant, because as @StewartJames said, you come up on ANPR as the owner.
As for him detaining you, since you had a call-out and police were actively looking for you specifically, it's reasonable for him to put you in cuffs to assure his and other's protection. You shot a cop and he knew it was you, from your nametag and your car. Nametags are not OOC information, either, similarly to the "equipping weapon" tag above someone's head is not OOC information, for example. They are in-game functions and are allowed to be used accordingly.
As for your report being closed, reports on staff need to be dealt with on the forums by an SD+, so there is no wrongdoing there. You are always welcome to discuss with the staff member involved privately like you did but it has to be dealt with here.

It seems there were some communication errors between the two of you at the time of the situation, but there were no rules broken or any abuse of power. Staff report denied.
