Little BackStory - We mugged his friend he fled they followed us , So we rolled up on him had him pinned he was talking shit saying we killed his friend and all. After pointing a firearm at him telling him to stop talking mad shit he gets out after 1 minute of delaying moves his car with his physgun and drives away

I did not see you mug my org member I heard him over radio say you guys were purposely ramming his car and then he stopped talking I assumed he was dead. I then go back to my car to see you guys ramming it and then you pulled guns on me in front of town hall after mugging someone. I see multiple rule breaks there. There was no staff on that could intervene with the situation so I intervened on my own.

There was a admin on that is the same rank as you which would be fine , Second no npc's could see you , Third It was not a mugging as you were following us and talking shit it was a simple threat to tell you to stop talking shit . And you just said you took it into your own hands which you could have let rp continue and waited or made a report on the forums. Or atleast have gone into !duty and told us if you thought we were breaking a rule , Instead you just pick you car up and run away to avoid rp

Their were MULTIPLE staff on at the time 1. TX, Shimax and a couple others, Many People could have taken the report ingame, also you broke charector although idk if it was caught in this video or not but you said "Your Breaking Mug Timer" Although I had just gotten on and I'm not sure if they mugged anyone

That's a negative boss, The only staff members that were on were Jacub, Hockey and TXFURRYDUDE was the only staff on, and here is a video of you guys fail driving before you did the second mug. (5min before)

Actually this was kos as you called us out over your freq and we heard you calling us out, Not A Mug Simple Proceeding with a kos action. Second to clarify we were not mugging hockey either it was a simple threat with a firearm to get him to stop talking shit and to make sure he would NOT snitch on us for killing his friend

Edit 2 : I really don't even see why you are commenting on this Post @Josh Norman , You say is not needed as this report is for Hockey Abusing his powers. If you are trying to state I broke a rule here please report it in the right section , but till then please stop spamming this post as it is unnecessary and if hockey feels like something should be said to defend himself let him say it.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. After review of your evidence and speaking with Hockey, there’s some discrepancies between your two stories.

Your video shows when Hockey is in his car, however he claims that he was at the premium locker beforehand and came back to you already ramming his vehicle. You say he was following you and talking shit. Without a video showing the full interaction a determination on this cannot be made; since if you were faildriving and ramming a parked vehicle for no reason, then proceeding to point a gun at the driver for also seemingly no valid reason, Hockey’s actions here would be justified.

He did not break character during the interaction, as he took in-character information that he had into account when mentioning that his friend was likely mugged (he states that he is no longer speaking over radio.) That said, he is making accusations against you, which could be classified as “talking shit”, but given his side, you are seemingly jumping on the opportunity to pull a gun after breaking rules against him. Both staff members on the server at the time were in his org and unable to take his report. We do not generally encourage or accept staff taking situations into their own hands as it can easily lead to mistakes and misuse of power, however, in this specific situation there was no valid roleplay going on and was only going to lead to further rulebreaks. The entire situation would have been voided given an available staff member were to take it.

I have spoken to Hockey and I told him to let someone else handle it in future situations, even if they are in his org, if there is no one else available; or to let someone in Report Management take it later on. But there was no abuse of power here given the circumstances, and lack of evidence for the full situation.
