Report Reason: Joe Mammoth was with me at the Gas Station premium box, pulled out a gun and RDM'd me. I made a sit about this and the admin said "Oh yeah I see that you have previous counts of RDM, but i'm going to give you a verbal warning." I disagree with the ruling made by this admin because if someone has a tendency to RDM you should ban them from the server. I don't think coming to that resolution is very hard-pressed, seeming as though the player has MULTIPLE RDM counts in the past.

Sorry if you were not satisfied with the punishment I gave to xWaller. But I stick to my decision.

Punishment is a complex process where staff take multiple factors into account.

Though I don’t expect you to fully grasp the staffing process, I can confidently tell you a verbal warning was a perfect punishment.

I fully grasp the staffing process, as once-upon-a-time I owned my own set of community servers and administrated them daily. I disagree with your line of thinking that this was a suitable punishment for a person that has knowingly killed other people at random in the past. I don't want to point fingers, however I understand that this player has a long tenure and possible rapport with staff. I just want this to be as fair and un-biased as possible. Other people that kill at random get much more hefty retaliation and I do not expect this guy to be any different.

After reviewing this report it does not seem like Proxima acted in an abuse of power or in incorrect judgment. We appreciate your concerns but it is not right to assume our staffing process, as it may be different than ones you have experienced on past servers or communities you may have hosted or played on in the past. After talking to Proxima, the player fully understood without retaliation in the sit why he was in the wrong to do this, which may or may not say something about their character/situation they were in. Obviously, we will not disclose the punishment history of the player who was reported, however, given the circumstances of this situation, I do not disagree with the verdict Proxima came to. Although I appreciate your solicitude in this matter, in the future, do not assume how we carry out our own staffing process.
