Assumed the police officers were being truthful and after he left he refused to accept my ticket again so proof is in the pudding i guess. Poor job performance and may need re-training.

First off you were banned because you told the officers that you were going to leave the server before you'd allow them to be arrested. You then disconnected from the server while cuffed in the backseat of their cruiser and were autobanned by the console for disconnected while being restrained by police.

When I teleported to you after you opened the reported, you immediately broke character and told the cops that "(they) better stop because of the admin". They tried to, in as little of an interruption as possible, tell you to not break character for that. In an attempted to be as little of an interruption as possible to RP I talked to the officers and asked for the RP reason for detaining you and they gave a very valid reason so I did not interrupt the RP situation further. During the entire interaction with the police, you repeatedly broke character multiple times, first to attempted to stop RP to call staff and (I later found out) second to threaten to leave the server if they didn't release you. I chose to overlook the character breaks I witnessed due to the fact that I get that people can get mad when they get arrested, but in the future you CANNOT try to stop RP because you think that something is not allowed or is a perceived rule break. This is covered by rules 3.1 and 3.2:

3.1 You may not use voice chat for OOC communication if it in any way impedes or disturbs ongoing roleplay.
3.2 Do not break character, stay in character at all times unless you are in an administrative situation.

When an admin teleports to you does not mean that you are in an administrative situation. Many times we will go to the area and see what is going on first and check logs before speaking with the parties involved. And as a general guideline the staff as a whole try to interrupt RP as little as possible unless absolutely necessary. The reason they gave for detaining you, you driving at almost double the speed limit in a car that was visibly damaged, is a valid reason and they decided to search you as a result. They then found illegal contraband on your person after searching you. You even admitted to having the contraband when I was speaking to you and the officers. Both are valid reasons to detain you. You clearly did not like the fact that they had valid reasons to detain you, thus the disconnect and autoban.

You left the scene without getting any proof of their claims. It would make sense if you asked me if my car was indeed smoking or if i was speeding excessively which is why they stopped me to begin with but my car couldnt move faster than 20 so that wasnt true, I have no idea how to use car lights so that might of been nice to teach me before disappearing on my scene since I apparently need that when im going 20mph trying to get to the mechanics. Oh and weed is legal in california not to mention it was weed seeds someone left on the floor that i picked up, the officers confiscated it and i didnt care about that because i couldnt use them regardless. All of it boils down to the fact that because you "Didnt wanna interrupt the RP scenario" , that from my perspective I was falsely arrested on lies, and your little effort to find out what really happened caused this whole thing. It would be so much easier for you to just literally stop us for more than 5 seconds and figure out what was really happening but you just assuming what they said was true and taking my half assed confession to having weed seeds on my person when they searched me at face value was enough to really piss me off. I pay to play on this server because i enjoy it when i'm not being forced into RP scenario's with corrupt and untrained police, now i get to spend a day on the forums ranting about the negligent staff member who'd rather let the police arrest and ticket whoever for whatever as long as it doesnt stop the flow of RP because thats valued more than the players time. Clearly since being in jail for 30m is the new norm.

Now how can we improve. It would be a good idea to instead of Tping onto their moving car, freeze their car and pull them out. Ask us what happened and start from the beginning. There were two cops but only the arresting and leading cop was questioned. why is that? the other cop might have attested to the illegal stop and search which would of in returned help me with my attempt at explaining the confusion. Had the illegal stop not occurred. the search couldnt of happened and i wouldnt of been arrested. but because you believed them without any searching my experience suffered to the point I leave, the staff chose not to help and the cops are being terrible like they got away with murder and wanted to rub it in my face so I refused to allow them their fun. I leave the server knowing what will happen but what choice do I have when no other admins are on? I dont have the ability to screen record. I'm not a fancy content creator with means for recording at my disposal. You need proof for there to be anything done and i get that. I may not have proof today but this marks a first offense in my books. I'll make sure to figure this stuff out and "test" Mr. Broken in the future. The man is corrupt so he'll slip again and I will catch him. Being the only admin on doesnt mean you can quickly close tickets for convince. The forums are zero help go figure. More than 80% of the forums are people who dont actually play the game so of course they dont care what happens. "oh go to the forums and they will be able to clear things up" hell no they respond like robots and dont care to understand the situation either because they dont play the server. Maybe dont rely on forums to run your server, maybe while we're at it we can make the PD undergo training before their allowed to impact others RP experience. Maybe we get these all powerful forum directors and admins to get on the server and see exactly why the system in place is perfect for a purge world without rules vs. a organized world with rules. Its chaos 24/7 and the cops hold all the power with their untrained hands. Do something about it, stop being part of the problem and relying on us to do the hard work by "removing" the trolls and Rp crashers with video evidence. Just get on the server for 5 minutes and you'll be painfully aware that i'm not wrong lmao. New people join that server every day confused and unsure what to do, lets create a little spawn area that teaches them the basics of the server and the jobs that go with it. All these mentors constantly on with nothing to do, well hey i just found something for them to do and bonus it'll help with all the RP crashers and dumb ass mods/admins that just cant seem to get it right so they speed run tickets also hindering the RP experience. Look i'm banned for the day so I have all day to talk about it. Catch me in the rest of the forums for more insight on how to fix your fk'd up system and server. Clearly no one cares or will listen because its not what you want to hear and its impossible to believe you're doing a sht job when you dont ever have to face repercussions for what you do, the forum is just here to act like they give a fk about the server and its players when reality check, they dont care and the staff are as undertrained as the PD on the server. To busy being corrupt to fix anything.

I dont have evidence of your corrupt moderator failing to do his job nor do i have evidence of the untrained PD falsely arresting me without reason and disrupting my RP scenario. However I will be recording every interaction i have with staff once i figure out how to set that up and will be creating some scenario's for broken specifically to respond to. We will catch this match slip again and as for the PD I will personally be making video's dedicated to proving the PD ruins the RP experience for everyone else because of their lack of training and the servers lack of interest in teaching its newer players.
