Reason for Report: Admin abuse. I was ramming someone back because they slammed into me and the admin despawned my car. I made a report and he said no fail driving, I got arrested because i had no way to get away

Server Directors/Community managers, based on the video that Thane will be posting here shortly, I have actually extended Heated's blacklist to a 3 day ban as I have warned him twice today already to stop fail driving.

Your vehicle was removed as a result of your repeated attempts to smash into objects and vehicles. This was to serve as a warning, your report was subsequently answered and closed as I had given sufficient reason for my administrative action.

The burden of evidence is on you, however for the sake of expediency I have uploaded a recording of the incident.

Fail Driving - The process of having no regard to any roleplay when in a vehicle, be it slamming into most if not all objects purposely. Failure to comply with this will result in punishments of FailRP. This is different from in-character reckless driving which is not prohibited by our rules.

Thank you for your report. Due to the video provided by @Thanewolfe, and the lack of evidence provided by you, this report will have to be denied. Deleting a vehicle due to faildriving is well within his administrative duties, and it does appear that you were faildriving. There is no misuse of power by Thane here.
