I mean, you don't have to look at the video. In here I am just showing what the staff members are doing instead of answering to reports.

Additional members involved/witnessing: People on the server who's reports didnt get answered.

I understand you are frustrated that your reports were not answered however, there were only 3 or 4 staff members on for about 2 hours. Many of which who were on before and dealing with constant reports for 3 hours or so prior to that. With that being said it should be more then feasible and reasonable to let us take a brief break and rp for some time. Now regarding your statement of how long it was, there were reports that were definitely being answered within that time, as we almost never let that many reports sit still for an hour due to how many would stack up. I apologize that your reports were not gotten to quickly, however we are not to blame for taking a small periodic break from the amount of reports we are subjected to. Also think of it this way, around the time you were considering us not doing reports, there were only 3 staff members on for around 50 or so players. Which means we were relatively under staff during that time meaning we were each dealing with more reports ourselves than usual, though some reports still got done during this time.

Anyways I have made my point here and I will let someone in Community Management to deal with this report. @Stuvi @Dirty Harry

We apologize during this time, throughout the video, the tow truck was a ticket and I was there to handle it. You aren't showing much of us doing nothing. Mostly of us taking reports. Sorry we couldn't handle your report. As we were understaffed.​

Then when this staff logged on a total of 3 staff were playing as officers, after I experienced getting ran over by one of the staff members in a bearcat and then a civilian in a red vehicle. None of this reports got answered. After coming into the PD and talking in LOOC to a staff member, he decided to proceed ignoring me and sit in the PD in his bearcat. As you can see in the recording the officer sat there for a while. The only time I saw him moving out was when a bunch of players were VDMed by a cop and when I came into the PD garage using a dolar.

The only time I saw you do staff duties was when the officer ran over a bunch of civilians and when I went into the PD with a dollar.

Staff should prioritize their job over roleplay, however occasionally it's okay to take a break and roleplay. You shouldn't be harassing them especially while they are indeed helping people as you can see Tango doing in the video with a tow truck driver. Because you are waiting long for your report, does not give you the right to exploit to get into the PD and drop money, nor harass them while they are in their roleplay. You especially should not be metagaming and trying to take your OOC anger on staff out on them IC by telling people you are angry at SWAT and want to kill them.

We have silent teleport commands, so you don't always see when we teleport to people or not. There could have been 10 reports before yours, or 20, or even 0. If your report aren't being taken in a timely manner, you are free to refer to the player reports section of our forums to handle your situation there.

I will add as well regarding me personally, that your claim is that we were not taking reports during an hour long period of time, your report was not gotten to, and I do apologize for that however you can clearly see that there were reports being taken during this time, as I really didn't start rp'ing until that conversation I had about the pd raid with carbon and them in the video (Due to me spectating that raid) and in that 17 minute span I took a couple reports one of which I definitely saw my tp to in the chat. What Tyler said was correct as well, that we should prioritize, but there are times when breaks need to be had, either with us getting off and leaving less staff on, or rp'ing for a short amount of time.

Staff were busy both with Sits and RP situations, I saw in chat staff teleporting (some sits were literally INFRONT of me). Whilst staff were doing their duties you complained in OOC near constantly "say me in chat if your ticket hasn't been taken", "pm me if your sit hasn't been taken", along with multiple messages in chat (Feel free to check his OOC logs.) <-(Not exact quotes but very similar). You were told by Staff/Mentors to STOP complaining and staff would be there momentarily but you continued to act in a immature manor.



2:20 : Saying "say me in chat if your ticket hasn't been taken"
6:09 - 6:17 : Breaking Character (Nothing big)
7:00 - 7:25 : Staff returns from a S.W.A.T Duty and disappears to handle stuff.
7:55 - 8:39 : Staff is helping a person.
9:00 - 9:19 : Alex (staff) is taking a SIT in P.D
9:28 - 10:49 : Using money open the P.D Door (staff sees the situation) then proceeding to get mad at staff for (not taking sits) when he did at 7:55.
11:03 - 11:40 - Opening two sits for the same reason.
14:36 - 15:03 - Knowingly opening multiple reports for the same incident to "bump"

I'm sorry what?

If I was online I would have closed all your reports for making multiple for the same reason with the intent to "bump" them.

If it's anything to add to the points being made by the others already, staff taking breaks doesn't hurt because tickets can become extremely overwhelming for the staff who prioritize them daily. A point for staff is to not burn yourself out in tickets, consistently doing tickets over and over can wear you out. Not that sitting there doing nothing at all is a good alternative, but taking a break to RP and interact with the community for a bit before returning to staff stuff doesn't hurt. Yeah, your point about having help with stuff is understandable, but you should also see it from the staff perspective. It's not willingly ignoring and outright refusing to do anything, if that was the case then staff like that would be demoted. It's taking a break to not overwork yourself and burn yourself out.

Right, so @Tobias it looks in my perspective that you're frustrated with the rate of the reports being taken care of. However as shown by multiple people on this thread, they have been taking care of other things and you simply had to be patient. We have a report section in case nobody gets to your report, we have offline logs to check any situation needed basically.

As extra note, complaining in OOC (misusing OOC) and bumping your report by making multiple reports is not allowed, so in this case I see more wrongdoing coming from you.

As concluded, this report has been denied and closed.
