Reason for Report: He was rading an apartment and when I got to the scene as an EMS director there was a cadet standing outside the apartment complex with his hands up and when he came out of the building he just looked at the cadet and killed him and then made sure he was deceased. This is RDM and failrp as you can't kill someone who had their hands up from the beginning, plus he didn't say anything and neither did the cadet. Even worse is that he knew what he did wrong after I did !report but as you can see he just said that he was the only admin online and that he was sorry but he didn't do anything after that.

Time of Occurrence: Just minutes before this report was written.

I was already in an active shootout with the cops. I had previously shot and killed the chief and a sergeant at the time of leaving the apartments. I saw the cadet with his hands up, and even though you claim I didn't say anything, I recall saying something in the likes of "Yeah, keep those hands up", and then shot him once to make sure he understood not to follow me. Unfortunately, he was low on health as the one shot was apparently enough to kill him. I instantly apologized to him in voicechat for unnecessarily and accidentally taking his life. I then turned and saw you, a paramedic, and thus I made sure that every corpse was properly deceased before leaving. I did not intend to kill the cadet. I made sure to apologize in OOC to the cadet, as I genuinly felt bad for killing him, when he actually surrendered like he was supposed to in that situation. Perhaps jumping the gun was a poor decision on my end.

We have a policy within the staff team not to handle reports directly involving ourselves, and therefore I quite simply didn't handle it. @ELIASS was in the process of connecting, so I was waiting for him to pick up the report, but the server crashed right before he could claim it. I talked to him on Discord, informing him that a report on me would probably roll in after the server would come back up, but you didn't connect afterwards. I don't know what else you wanted me to do.

Once again, I apologize for potentionally shutting down an RP situation by accidentally killing that cadet.

Not only is the evidence here quite insufficient, but I'm not even sure if there's any merit to your claim. If he was already in a shootout with cops, then the cadet should've run away. Combat has begun, and putting your hands up does not mean he must give the cadet any mercy.
