STAFF REPORT AGAINST FRISKMAR FOR POWER ABUSE

Reason for Report:

At 9:59PM friskmar has banned me due to personal problems.
Friskmar has banned multiple people and blacklisted multiple people on the OOC chat.

He continued to act up by threatening to blacklist me longer.
Without even bringing me to a sit or consulting a higher admin he froze me and dragged me to the top of a building which I didn't take PICS of BC I was trying to talk to him but he wasn't even there. he froze me to troll me and leave me there until he banned me.
For 4 minutes he didn't show himself or even say one word. There was NO and I mean NO exchange of words after he froze me.
I continued to warn him I will report and that this is an issue in many servers with admin abuse. I told him to talk to me and I continued to PM him.
As I created a report to get help from a higher up friskmar continued to deny my reports so no other admin would see them.
I have multiple people who saw what happened and witnessed the same thing with him that will gladly support this.
With no warning and no conversing he banned me for 24 hours.

Also notice someone saying in the photos "imagine being blacklisted for spitting facts." goes to show how people feel towards him...
Original Blacklisted reason: me saying "that's very true who bans for staff dis..i understand failed raid." goes to also show I agreed with him for failed raid ban but personal conflict is a little much..

I pay monthly. I pay monthly for other users in exchange for in game cash so they can enjoy the server more. I do nothing but support and play amazing RP.
The fact some kid is blacklisting and banning people due to being emotionally soft and rude as hell im close to quitting this server. I understand it doesn't matter that 1 person leaves the server but that should say something. going out of my way to create a report on a forum I really hope something comes out of this instead of being treating like a no one when I do nothing but support and pay over 50+ bucks monthly to support the server.

This is incorrect.

This is irrelevant, those people misused ooc so they were blacklisted. The longest first blacklist I issued was 1 hour long.

He continued to act up by threatening to blacklist me longer.

I blacklisted 2 people who commented on a ban that had "staff diss", and it was made public. Then you decided to chime in by saying :

I was not trying to troll you, I for whatever reason couldnt bring you to me and I could not teleport. So I just looked around for you, then I teleported again and it worked. There was no need for an exchange of words because your attitude was enough. There was no need for it. I wrote down your notes, consulted fellow staff, and issued the punishment. You were threatened with an extended blacklist if you continued to PM me. And you did not stop.

Everybody saw your reports. There was no hiding anything. You made several reports. The only people that are allowed to handle staff reports are Server Directors+ (none were on, which was why your report was closed). But @Kn1ght was nice enough to talk to you about it and directed you to the forums.

OOC isnt made for that. Several people got blacklisted that night for misuse of ooc, so I genuinely dont understand how you thought it was ok for you to also misuse ooc. Your input was not required. OOC is not the place for your input on other peoples punishments.

This is irrelevant, as we treat all our players (premium or not) equally. It does not put you above anybody else. If you care so much and pay so much then do not break the rules. Just because you have your own server doesn't mean you are above anybody else.

Again with the condescending tone. This is why you were blacklisted and banned. You were given several chances. You lost all of those chances.


Conclusion:
Your behavior was inappropriate, you misused ooc, harrassed me and kn1ght in pms, misused !reports, harassed me over voice chat, and threatened to make a staff report if you were not unblacklisted (you basically blackmailed me in front of the staff that were watching).
