Reason for Report: He claims I staff disrespected him and that was the reason for him closing my appeal but I didn't do anything at all. and I have pictures to prove it .
Also I did not jump out of the car I am in the car the whole time in the video and I am teleported back to my original location, which he claims is his second reason for closing my appeal
I believe he is friends with the guy that reported me and that is why he closed it so fast and claims I disrespected him .

On the contrary he is the one that seemed rude when I just wanted to speak to him and I asked him if he was scared to talk ?
I couldn't have jumped out of the car or else you would have seen my character intentionally do it.
Really seems like this staff just wants to get rid of me and I want someone to correct him please as I said before I still want to solve this over voice as this is all some misunderstanding.

You did disrespect me after I told you we’d speak on the forums, which I would normally have you appeal your ban for rather than have a conversation. I then responded before your second reply popped up and closed the conversation.

Like I said, don’t ask an admin if they’re “scared to talk” on Discord when you’re trying to get them to do something. Like I already explained, I didn’t feel like talking on Discord as I would have to go out of my way, and it doesn’t make sense when the videos prove quite obvious rulebreaks.

Lastly, you’re accusing me of bias. I won’t tolerate that and since I’ve already explained everything I’ll wait for the CM to reply to this.

No you didn't ban me for jumping out of a car but you claim it is unacceptable when i had no control over this, you then used it as an excuse to deny my appeal and claimed i was being rude.
It's almost like you are ignoring my posts and you only see what you want to see .

Hello,
I looked at your ban appeal and to the videos and it is clear you left the server to avoid roleplay, broke character and failed to value your life. If you believe DangerZone broke the rules, make a player report on him, do not break them yourself.

Staff members are not forced to talk to you over discord voice chat. The forums exist for a reason and Ali had all the right to continue the conversation here. From what I can see, you do not have clear evidence that suggest Ali is friends with the player and therefore biased. I see that nowhere in the evidence you provided.

You must remain respectful at all times when reporting a staff member or another player.

And finally, if you were trying to get your ban appeal accepted, you shouldn't say things such as "are you scared or something?". As I mentioned above, staff members are not forced to talk to you on a voice chat over discord.
