Reason for Report: A situation occurred on June 18th at around 1:30pm where me and a few others were in a gun fight at Casino, I made a report for cops breaking nlr which resulted in one of us dying. Austin claimed the report and asked what the situation was about and I let him know that cops where breaking NLR, he closed the report and said "no cops broke NLR" without even checking logs. I made another report asking him why he closed the report without teleporting to me and letting me explain the story rather than just closing the ticket without any context. I gave him the name of one of the cops who I knew for a fact broke NLR.... Austin said that cop died 1 hour prior to the fight and the shootout didn't last that long so therefore he didn't break NLR. My friend who died made a report as well which was claimed by @toohightogame who found logs of the cop actually breaking NLR and killing @Matt Rea. I believe that Austin jumped to the conclusion that no cops broke NLR without even checking logs, even though I made his work less hard by giving him the name of the cop who I knew for sure broke NLR. I think the situation should be voided because no one knows what the outcome would have been if the cop didn't break NLR and killed my friend. We may or may not have lived through the fight if he was still alive.
Reason for Report 2: Another situation occurred June 20th around 11am Where Austin Hunter once again failed to check logs and enforce the rules of the game. My friend was RDEMD by a player, if I hadn't passed out from the chemicals I would've been killed also. I made a report about it, at the time the only staff member that was on was Austin Hunter. 1 hour went by without Austin taking my ticket but he was writing in OOC about ERPing With onions.
I then pmed Austin asking if I can depo my items that I got from a raid because I wasn't sure if the ten mins had past. I got no response from him. I was sitting in the car at bank waiting a few extra mins to depo just to be on the safe side when an individual came up to me and killed me. At the time I thought it was RDM so I closed the ticket I had about my friend and I being falsely shot at, and made a new one for RDM. After being killed I received a pm from Austin that said " You can depo now since you died" which I took as him being sarcastic and spiteful due to the staff report I made against him. He then claims my ticket which is when I found out that the guy had valid KOS on me. With myself and the individuals that were apart of the ticket including Austin standing there I turn to my friend and said " I Re made the ticket for the RMD" Austin then claims it and asks for the video which I thought I had but didn't. He then tries to close the ticket and return me without checking logs or anything. After me arguing and threatening to report him for not doing his job he decides to check logs.
@Austin Hunter then says that he sees logs of me equipping kevlar and grabbing a mp7 and meds, which is correct. But what he fails to understand is that neither of us had any guns equipped, had no lock pick, had all of our coke supplies on us which shows we had no intent to raid. He's kept saying that he can't make that decision without a video when not only does logs say it all, but the individual who rdmed admitted in the sit that he shot at us because we were messing with the door. Not only that but I asked Austin to check ooc because he also admitted it in OOC and in Pms. He refused to do so.
Austin also stood there while said individual states " time to continue our RDM spree" without doing or saying anything to the individual. We also asked him why he hasn't said anything to him about it which is when he decided to speak to the individual. Without checking the individuals past notes he decided to just give them a verbal because he didn't believe or story of us being RDMED when logs said it all.
I just don't think Austin is fit to be a staff, He isn't doing what's necessary to prevent rule breaks from happening. He refuses to use logs to determine whether or not a rule was broken. He also doesn't give proper punishments which will only lead to more rule breaks. Not only that but he's being spiteful to people who calls him out about his improper staffing. In my perspective he is very lackadaisical towards his staff duties.
