Reason for Report: Banned for being in gs9 basically targeted and not listened to he kept trying to make me say the events that took place in a different way he wouldn't stop asking me. This is what happened. I was driving away from a furniture shop and I tipped the guy for some good karma. I literally was on my side of the road this medic slams into my car for no reason straight on purpose said fuck you so I hopped out because he started saying my car sucks so I said get out and heal me or die because you just hit me on purpose. He never got out and apparently there was a passenger which I didn't see which frisky is trying to say I rdmed when it was totally the medics fault that was driving for the passenger dying and the passenger could've hopped out to heal me to they both were being corrupt and not doing their government job driving recklessly and trolling. So then I shoot at the car because hes driving away talking shit and being a minge blow it up next to the first garage next to bank closet to spawn he was headed toward the ups shop when I got it to explode I was in the same spot where he hit me right in front of gunstore. The medic driving ran up to me and at this point I still didn't know he had a passenger with him. I said bro wtf are you doing just heal me I could've shot you but you ran back whats up and he said im just here to say if you kill me its rdm and then he proceeded to keep repeating the word faggot as im pointing a fucking hk416 at his forehead for so long cops finally showed up and we were in front of casino and the cops started shooting so I killed him because he was being a fucking mingy trolling asshole baiting me and just trolling straight up and then this admin says it was rdm x2 and he said I lied and im pretty sure hes saying im lying because he hates gs9 Lawrence told me that he hates gs9 apparently and I put two and two together so yeah he basically banned me because he wanted to and that's bs please appeal my 4 week ban this is not acceptable in any sense at all.

I didnt take into account that you were in GS9 and I didn't target you for being in GS9. I just went with what happened. You had several points in your notes for RDM and you did RDM x2 when I handled the sit. It wasn't just one medic, it was two. And I took them both aside so I could get a story that wasnt spoiled by the other person. They both told me the exact same thing. You told me a completely different story though.

You also said they damaged you for 19 damage.

You also told me in game that you shot them up while they were headed to UPS. Then in your appeal you said you blew them up at bank. You told me you had shot them from across the gun store. We even acted the whole scenario out. So you're telling me your bullets can bend around corners? Not likely, friend.

Whenever there is a situation that requires video or any kind of evidence, such evidence should be presented. In this situation, the EMS claimed he was RDMed by you and you claim the kill was warranted, as he was calling you names and provoking you in character.

It is always good to keep in mind you should only kill someone if you have a valid reason to do so, according to the rules. That should be carried out sensibly nontheless.

That said, friskie should have requested for evidence to the reporting party. Witnesses' statements are not enough to punish someone. After speaking to him, he will be more careful in the future.

Regarding the "targeting part", as I said to multiple people, countless times, our staff members don't gain anything in punishing you or anyone else. They do it because they have to, when you break the rules. They prefer to use their time to roleplay (when they are not taking reports) or do other productive things.

Statements such as the one above will not be tolerated in the future. In case you have valid evidence that show a staff member is targeting you, upload them. Otherwise, refrain from throwing accusations. It is enough. Furthermore, refrain from insulting staff members, including in staff reports. Such poor behavior will result in an extension of your punishments. They are here to help and assist you in anything they can. They are not here to be insulted.

If the ban was valid, I would definitely agree with the length, as you have multiple notes and bans on your record for RDM (including massRDM). You have been punished several times for this.
