You see at 1:34 I am outside and at 1:35 they scream hands up.
I was warned for Breaking FearRP. I Did not see the Firearm he claimed to have nor did I Hear him say hands up until after i was outside and at this point i was getting shot at. I EXTREMELY hate even making a staff report and really don't want chubby in any way shape or form in trouble. I simply would like my warning point removed. The staff member was provided this video at the time and in my SOLE OPINION I feel he did not look at ever aspect especially considering I didnt see the firearm nor did he said that i was outside when they started yelling hands up. Before the staff member came the person reporting me started yelling OOCly and Breaking Character "You Broke Fear RP Jack!".
Chubby told me if I had a problem with it to make a staff report but like I said all I am asking is that my warning report is removed. I really appreciate what the staff do especially considering the time they put in but at the time Chubby was ignoring any questions I had about getting warning points removed and the 2 guys reporting me were yelling over me and were trying to answer questions directed at chubby.
