Reason for Report: So basically we were arguing about the case, and the theme was: Why did I detained a person who walked out of the house while we had a dead officer near by and a call in /911 that shots were fired at Richards 3, so that guy came out and we just checked him if he had a weapon and indeed he had a weapon and some marijuana, so I brought him to the PD. Then he called an admin for "False Arrest" and then we started to argue about that situation and then he just blacklisted me from pd job for 3 days for arguing about the situation.

That's not why I reported him. I was fine with him detaining me because I was near the scene but he then searched me without saying anything or asking questions about what I saw or what happened. That's the problem. He searched me without probable cause and it resulted in me almost being arrested because I had marijuana seeds.

There was a reason, shots fired, so I had to search anyone who was inside the house for illegal weapons.
