Reason for Report: It seems like he RDM'd me inside of the bank for no reason. I was responding to a Bank Robbery call and was clearing the floor of the bank. I had some people outside and I told them if they came in I would have to arrest them (As the bank was currently under a heist and no civilians should be in the bank during a heist.)

As I was about to taser one of the civilians trespassing in the bank (Because he ran away from me at gun point when I told him "You cannot come in, there is a bank robbery in progress" as heard in the video) Josh Benoit comes in and randomly shoots me with his rifle. As you can clearly see in the video, his name was not in RED, as it would be for someone assisting in a Bank robbery. Instead it was plain green and he came all the way from across the street to come inside just to shoot and kill me for no reason.

I was the one robbing the bank, The name in red dictates a warrant not if you are part of the bank robbery, The reason my name was not red is because there were not enough cops on to rob the bank however this does not invalidate my crimes committed

That doesn't really make sense. "I was the one robbing the bank... there were not enough cops online to rob the bank"

So if there were not enough cops online at the moment to rob the bank, how could you rob the bank?

Not saying you somehow manuipulated or exploited the bank heist gameplay mechanic using some sort of mod powers, but it seems like you just wanted to go on a cop killing spree under the premise you were "robbing the bank" (While there weren't even enough cops online to actually do so) even though you were across the street from the bank and could've easily ran away since from the scene.

Well, it does make sense, I was going to rob the bank. However received the notification that there was not enough cops

So that means I'm allowed to go kill some cops inside of the bank because I intend to rob it, I kill them and then find out that I can't rob the bank because there's not enough cops online? Because that's what you seem to be telling me.

Even though you could of just checked the leaderboard using tab and see that there wasn't the 5 (or whatever the minimum number of cops needed to be on) cops online and avoided killing a bunch of cops under the premise you were "robbing the bank" when you couldn't actually rob the bank because clearly there wasn't enough cops online.

Basically, he is saying that the bank was indeed being robbed, he realized that he could not rob it in cause of an OOC prevent system (not enough officers on) and he needed to get out. There was officers (you etc...) and if he just came out and be like "HEY GUYS, SORRY CANT ROB THE BANK THE SYSTEM DOESNT ALLOW ME TO" he would probably get shot before he even couldve said "HEY GUYS"

So, he shot the officers and ran.
