Reason for Report: Ali gave me a warning point for pming a guy to pick up the "Gucci things if he can" after he already picked the stuff up. He gave me the warning point i got banned for 14 hours got too many warning point and 1 min after that he unbanned me on the server then banned me for 2 days for lying in a sit + metagaming when before i got banned i said think whatever you are thinking i don't really care just ban me / give me a warning point i'm done for today anyways.
It's weird that i lied in the sit when before the sit ended and i got banned i said ban me / give me a warning point i don't care, then he unbanned me and gave me a 2day ban i don't get how i lied when i said myself "ban me / give me a warning point"

The thing that i don't like is that i got a warning point and then a ban and you can't remove warning point from as much as i know so that warning point is gonna stay there till they're clear and that can take months and that's just a longer ban for me.

I told you this was metagaming, as you had died and you told you friend to pick your items up via PM, which is simply not allowed as it is metagaming. So I issued the warning point for this. You were automatically banned before I could issue two more points for lying about the PM, so I unbanned you and changed the punishment. Your track record on Monolith regarding punishments warrants harsher punishments for rule breaks, as you must learn your lesson from each ban you receive and work from there.

The lying comes from the fact that you told me you and John Rust were friends in real life, and that the "gucci things" had nothing to do with the plethora of items you dropped. You then changed the story, and asked me "do you even know what gucci is?" You completely lied about the fact that you used OOC communication to ask your friend to grab your stuff. This is obvious, as it not only coincides with your death timing, but the time that your friend had picked up your stuff prior to the message being sent.

I leave the decision in the hands of the higher ups.

The problem is that he gave me a warning point so in got banned for too many warning points which was a 14 hour ban then Ali unbanned me 1 minute after that then banned me for the same reason as the warning point was given. The thing that i don't get what was the reason for giving me a warning point when 2 minutes after giving me the warning point you banned me anyways.

The warning point was for metagaming. You were going to get two more for staff disrespect, but it had banned you. A regular ban should suffice.

Kinda funny how you say staff disrespect when i never direspected you and that in my ban reason it doesn't say anywhere "Staff disrespect".
So if you are saying that you were going to ban me for staff disrespect why does it say in my ban "metagaming + lying in a sit" i'm done arguing with you.

I added that into the ban reason as it replaced you console ban.

But the console didnt ban me for breaking a rule it banned me for getting too many warning points so i dont get why you would add metagaming in the ban.
I would just like to know why would you add metagaming to the ban.

This is getting ridiculous.You were supposed to receive warning points AND in addition to that a two day ban. Due to the fact that one warning point surpassed the max amount of warning points you need to have to be banned, you were re-banned so the actual ban length could take place.
