Reason for Report:So i feel like i was warned for RDM which i did not RDM, so let me explain myself in this situation we were raiding a house this guy pulls up we decided to mug him because he was stopped and watching us raid so we told him to get out of the car he decided to drive off so we shot down his car, i didnt want to kill him right away i wanted to question him then kill him to get information out if someone was gonna come and counter but before i could even question him he was arguing with us even though he had 4 guns pointed at him, i feel like when the rules says they must be activly resisting he did by driving off just because someone puts there hands up does not break the fact that he still tried to drive off and almost ran over one of my friend, i just dont see how this is RDM i wanted to rp it out before i killed him i am trying to fix my ways by just killing people on the spot, i would just like these warning points to be taken away because i dont see this as rdm. You can clearly see in this video the entire time he was activly resisting even with his hands up i had a valid rp reason to kill him which says in the rules i need and i feel like i had a good enough reason to kill him. Please let me know where i am wrong in this and if so it would be great because i want to better myself on the rules and i want to know the mistake i made thank you and thanks for reading this report.
