Reason for Report: I was giving warning points for staff disrespect and shooting a guys car for evading police. In the video i did not insult him at all i was actually really calm to how i normally am. I just did not agree with his point of view on the situation. And he said well its a rp server and that made me mad i know its a rp server and i pointed out to him that ive been here longer i have more play time and im a overall higher level then him. I do not have proof of the police chase. All i can say about that is a guy was evading police for a good amount of time he was driving really fast. He crashed and turned around his car to come towards me he hit a tree i got out of my car with my shotgun i was right up against his car he decided to pull away so i blew up his car i thought it was completly justfied with the choice i made.Also he said i should of used a spike strip i did not agree with that because i had my gun out and he was pulling away already so i wouldnt of had time to pull out spike strip if i did it i would have only spiked my fellow officers tires. Would also like to point out he really didnt let me explain my side of it at all he just kept intrupting me. But even then in no way shape or form did i say anything mean or disrespectful towards him.

First Of All You were shouting at the admin, "You just asked me, I don't care" You didn't care one bit while he was trying to explain to you, you just kept mocking what he was saying "Oh yea lemme just drop spike strips on a moving car" "I just shot, I don't care ill do it again". You called me a moron in a sit, then you continue to rant about him saying its a roleplay server. It actually should've been a worse punishment because you didn't care and you said you'll do it again which means you don't understand, (Police Chase was at outskirts which no one even was there) Then when you went the officer who was arresting me even said you were not calm so don't say you were you were shouting

The guy in the chase wasn't even driving that fast, I saw the whole thing. If you were on your own against this guy, I wouldn't really mind you using a gun to stop him, but since you had a police force of 7 people, you could've easily stopped him with different counter measures such as a spike strip or locked him in with a couple vehicles.

I warned you for Staff Disrespect because you went against every word I said. The thing that triggered me is you saying you have a lot more experience than me and that made you think that you were right? Even after the whole sit I heard you talking to @ChosenDemon saying that "Those new mods don't know anything" (Not an exact quote). We get chosen because we are trusted to know the rules and make the right decisions, not because we hop on the server and we just like to be staff.

Disrespect is not only flaming, disrespect is also depreciating/detracting staff, which you were doing a lot.
Just because you had your gun out doesnt mean you can use it. For example, if you have your tazer out in a gun fight, doesnt mean you can just taze everyone.

I don't think I need to explain myself any further, the video is pretty self explanetory. Waiting for a CM to look into this and give his opinion

You better show some respect towards other players on the server and especially towards our staff. The way you are talking to Rick is unacceptable and will result in a harder punishment than simple warning points in the future for you. By acting and having the attitude you had during the admin sit will simply put you further on our radar and it's incredibly difficult to get yourself removed from that spot.

PS: Your obvious sarcasm made it even worse.
