While I wasn't a direct witness, I did handle the sit and thought it would be best for someone higher up than myself to handle this report on a moderator. I asked Danger why he arrested them and he said for trespassing in bank which I considered a valid reason to be arrested. I asked about the Code red and he said it was due to fearing for his life as an officer when Kyle went to make his getaway in the car. That's all I have to add to this

Well for starters you broke FearRP after getting into your vehicle. I had an M4 aimed directly at your driver side window and you still proceeded to flee from me and my partner. After you continued to reverse I decided to close the distance and again try to tell you to stop the vehicle. You seemed to aim for me and nearly ran me over with the vehicle which I then feared for my life and would be an authorized code red.

I also question why you were running from the police in the first place, seems like cop baiting from a first glance.

After fleeing to the casino you again broke FearRP while hiding behind the counter, I told you to put your hands up to which you laughed and said "Nah bro" (Though you did end up putting your hands up, it was very delayed, you also did not follow my demand to turn around and face away from me)

After you were cuffed you then decided to micspam quite a bit during your transport to the jail. Videos below will show my perspective.

1. FearRP does not apply when you are put at gunpoint, or in striking distance of a melee weapon by less than three civilians. If there are less than three civilians you may try to run or fight back.

This also applies to cops, I believe.

Keep in mind although, if we even did break FearRP, you shouldn't of code redded us regardless.

No, this is the rule for police and vehicles:

1. When any police officer(s) have you at gunpoint, FearRP applies at all times. This however excludes Detectives.
2. FearRP only applies for vehicles if the driver is placed at gunpoint by the driver-side window. Any other instance does not constitute FearRP for the driver, and the driver and the vehicles passengers may flee.

Like I said above, you aimed directly at me with your vehicle while I was closing the distance, so yes, a police officer will open fire on the vehicle.
